Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Requirements
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sneaker Protection & Cleaning products (if opened or used)
- Socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Special offers and clearance items (unless defective)
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Return & Exchange Process

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.
3Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
4Ship Your Return
Ship your return to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
